We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our automation and data validation team. You’ll work across multiple financial fund digital platforms, helping to build and maintain our Java-based testing framework and ensure data accuracy, performance, and UI integrity across environments.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • You’ll collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and QA leads to deliver reliable releases backed by consistent automation and robust reporting. 
  • The role blends hands-on test execution with framework contribution, ideal for someone who enjoys both detail and design.
  • Support regression, smoke, and integration testing across dev, QA, staging, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with QA leads and developers to improve coverage, stability, and performance of tests.
  • Participate in peer reviews and contribute to the evolution of shared QA utilities and frameworks.

Key Requirements:

  • ​​Should have 3+ years of experience with UI automation testing tools like Selenium using Java.
  • Solid experience in Java programming and familiarity with Maven-based projects
  • Experience working with tools for API and performance testing, like Postman and JMeter.
  • Strong working knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and JUnit or TestNG.
  • Basic SQL skills (Postgres preferred) and understanding of relational data.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools and understanding of Git workflows. and version control discipline.

Special Requirements:

  • Familiarity with PDF/HTML diffing, Lighthouse metrics, or visual regression tools.
  • Experience in data-driven or componentised testing frameworks.
  • Functional knowledge in the Finance domain will be an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Ability to work and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members, with a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks.
